I have tried all posted remedies but still can not download , open or close fire fox. After attempting all I had one pop up that said firefox is open in another program? What? How do I find the program its open in?

hi, perhaps an issue with malware. next to the security software already in place, please run a scan with various other security tools like the free version of malwarebytes, adwcleaner & eset online one-time scanner.
