When Thunderbird tries to down load my incoming email messages I started getting the error message The current operation on "inbox"did not succeed. the mail server for account rlanze@frontiernet.net responded :[ CLIENT BUG]SELECT Command is not valid in this state. This started about a week ago then it fixed itself and then started again today 11-11-17.

It is Yahoo being the poor provider they are. Google clientbug and see if any of the solutions help you.
