My address bar is occasionally losing the top suggestion, for example "hackaday.com" gets removed from the "h" suggestions and won't return even though it's visited more often than any other "h" site. There's no explanation for this happening.

I have noticed the same issue in Firefox 52 on Linux. Never had it in Firefox 45. The web site returned to the default suggestion after a while though.
