Cannot send email , when i click on the send button nothing happens have captured the below errors from developer tools

Is problem gone if you start in safe mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/safe-mode-thunderbird
It does not work in safe mode as well , First thing i tried , Second thing downgraded the Version as this started occurring after the upgrade , and still issue prevails
