Firefox crashes before opening, so I can not fix the problem by using anything on the firefox menu or by starting in safe mode. This first happened about 3 days ago and I have not been able to open it since. I downloaded and installed firefox again but the problem persists. Here is the most recent crash message.

hi cstyler, thanks for providing your crash id. unfortunately it appears that this issue is caused by malware on your system - in order to take care of that, please see: Crashes on startup after the update to Firefox 46 on OS X
