I just downloaded Thunderbird 45 and my Clippings are not showing. How do I get them to back working again?

I am following the same procedure as I have previously. I create a new message, right click in the Body area and select "Clippings" in the dropdown menu but none of my saved clippings are showing. Please help me sync the new version of Thunderbird with my clippings file.

This relates to an add-on. I guess it didn't update when Thunderbird updated. Use the Extensions Manager to remove it and install the latest version. But make sure you have all your data backed up first, in case removing it deletes the file!
