When running Version 39 on virtual machine, works fine. When upgrading to 4x.x version, browser is very slow.

When running Version 39 on virtual machine, works fine. When upgrading to 4x.x version, browser is very slow. OS is windows 7, tried both 32/64bit versions. Hosting OS is ESX 5.1.

Same problem here on a P4 3Ghz. 39 is fast, 40 is unusable because scrolling a page takes ages. Such is not present scrolling in about:config
