Crashes by starting Firefox

Dear Madam and Sirs,

my crash ID is bp-133be77c-0242-4771-840b-28d212151229.

Today we tried to start Firefox by different persons here in our Office. So we clicked on the button for the Browser and an Update installed itself. When the Update was finished it wasn't possible to start Firefox again. All of our users got a Crash message. I'm not able to verify my E-Mail address as you pleased me by mail. After click on https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/users/activate/1299360/9cfb9691f2851fcd682d43ef374aac0743ec98c0?reg=aaq I've gotten the next crash message. Our Support uninstalled Firefox but wasn't able to reinstall the program. They tried to fix it five times but without success.

We have no idea what happened and hope you can help us.

Hello Annette, it is a new issue. The cause is the G Data Security Software in 43.0.3 firefox. At this moment please disable the "BankGuard Browserschutz" (browser protection) option in the gdata settings.

Developers working in that issue, please be patient and the issue will resolve soon.
