I used to get an in-box icon with a little arrow to indicate new email.

I used to get a little in-box icon with an arrow indicating new email. I no longer get this. I do get the window that shows when a new mail comes in but it only stays for the amount of time I have it aet for. If I don't see that window, I have to open TBird to know if I have any new mail.

I am not sure what happened but I am now getting the tray icon. It is an envelope with and arrow.
