Firefox crashes at Start up.
Can't start up Firefox (in normal or safe mode) from icon in dock.
Cannot access any online solutions (via using safari browser).
Have downloaded new version of Firefox, that won't open either.
This msg sent via Safari.
Running OS X Yosemite 10.10.4
Latest update of Firefox downloaded recently, but not directly before crashing started
Help, reasonably Mac literate, but have been struggling for 2 hours now!!

hi SteveBarnes, based on a lot of recent reports by other mac os x users, i'm just going to guess, that this might be caused by trusteer rapport. if you're a user of that program, please see if there's an update available for it or else keep it stopped/uninstalled for the moment.
