How do I use Hello on a Mac without accessing Mac Mail?
I want to open a conversation in "Hello" but I do not want to use Mac Mail, because I do not want any of my eMail accounts to load down to my desktop computer. Can this be achieved?

hi. sure, you just have to copy the link to initiate the conversation and forward that to your call partner in any other form - once they click on that link, they can join the call.
Thanks, philipp. So, I just hit "Start a Conversation" and that give me the link displayed above the button? I just copy that and paste it into an eMail or a live chat and they can click it and we're connected? Do I understand you correctly?
