Thunderbird: Kaspersky blocks email reception
The only way to receive emails is by stopping Kaspersky for a few minutes. If I do not do this I do no not receive any email.
The imap and smtp data are ok.

Have you asked the Kaspersky people how to configure their program so it does not block mail?
