Firefox Developer Edition Will not install

I have downloaded the FirefoxDeveloperEdition several times and attempted to install it. After the status bar passes verifying it receive this message every time.

“FirefoxDeveloperEdition” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should eject the disk image.

Restarting the computer won't help. Not sure what I can do, I have downloaded the program multiple times.
