download and install never updates to new version
Ever since about ver. 25, Firefox notes the new update, I download and install the new update, I restart ff, and I'm still at the version I was? I think I downloaded the entire program (not an update) to get to current version 31.0. Now for 32.0.3, I've tried downloads, restarts, reboot computer, try downloading whole program from ff...I'm still at 31.0??

Hi rk2zranch, Thank you for your question, this is odd. Can you please go to the about:support for a modified useragent preference? This would look bold compared to the other listed items.
The other place you can check on this same page is the update history log. Does the update show the current version as well?
