why aren't my devices browsers updating that are properly synced, i have to keep reinstalling the sync. why?

throughout the last month of august my mozilla browsers have not synced or updated no matter what device changes or updates were made e.g. bookmarks. on each device when i use it shows it as still synced but when i review the changes i may have made on another device it does not show on it. so frustratingly i end up disconnecting the sync reinstalling it then all the changes show. every time i have had to do this and on each device. why is this occurring it makes the sync concept purposeless.

Hi j2jct, Thank you for your question. I understand that there are some delays in updates to your sync account intermittently. I would be happy to troubleshoot an example date that you were experiencing to make sure there was not a network issue or if there is an issue with the scheduling of the next sync.

Changes are reflected when a sync completes, however the "Tools > Sync Now" option will surpass the next scheduled sync.

Does the Sync Now option show the changes faster?

THE TOOLS SYNC NOW OPTION DID NOTHING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM, NO MATTER WHEN THE UPDATES/CHANGES OCCUR THE UPDATES ARE NOT LOADING TO THE OTHER BROWSERS ON MY OTHER DEVICES THAT ARE SYNCED. I AM STILL HAVING TO DISCONNECT AND REINSTALL SYNC EVERY TIME ON EVERY DEVICE. IN FACT, ON THE OTHER DEVICES THE BROWSERS TABS AND FOLDERS BECOME DISORGANIZED, WHEN I DISCONNECT THEN REINSTALL SYNC THEN THEY FALL BACK IN ORDER WITH THE ADDITIONAL CHANGES OR UPDATES. MOZILLA SHOULD HAVE LEFT THE OLD VERSION OF SYNC LIKE IT WAS, ESPECIALLY FOR SECURITY PURPOSES.
