I'm finding that very hard to read... could you post links in either of the following ways:
- Copy/paste Crash id's starting with bp-
- Copy/paste addresses of the reports on the crash-stats server
Perhaps I should provide a little more detail:
Could you start Firefox in its Safe Mode. That's a standard diagnostic tool to bypass interference by extensions (and some custom settings). More info: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode.
You can start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift key when starting Firefox.
In the small dialog that should appear, click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Reset)
Next, when Firefox crashes, it usually records information about what was happening at that moment. You can submit that data to Mozilla and share it with forum volunteers to see whether it points to the solution. Please check the support article "Firefox Crashes" (especially the last section) for steps to get those crash IDs, and then post some of the recent ones here.
Note that what you posted is only the information about your computer that is attached to the crash report and not actual data about the crash.
If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that have a "bp-" prefix:
- bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.
- You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website, or open the crash reports page via "Help > Troubleshooting Information".

Thx for your support: the last 5 crashes today are 72d24553-0a0e-4647-a55c-66cb717d0759 4/02/2014 4:47 PM 13459ccc-a467-49ae-a813-97f1a37a8fd8 4/02/2014 4:45 PM 185dda28-d678-43f5-b460-0d934f621570 4/02/2014 4:32 PM bp-82a6c679-b6e2-4851-94c1-efae32140203 4/02/2014 8:43 AM bp-549b7d6a-7caf-4093-9fd4-44da62140203 4/02/2014 8:39 AM
Norton security tells me there are attempted attacks from filedatauksmyscan.info causing the crashes (screen shot attached)
Those crashes are caused by sprotector (Firefox 26.0 Crash Report [@ sprotector.dll@0xb343f ])
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
