I try to log in to my account to get to my Personas. It won't accept my log in info. So I ask to reset the password. That works. But now next to my username is a series of numbers. I try to change my e-mail address, and it tells me my user name is invalid -- that it can't have numbers in it -- but I haven't changed it. It says I've only had the account since March, but I've actually had it since at least 2010, though it has never had the numbers after my username previously. Any way I remove the numbers and it tells me the username is taken. Well, yeah, it's mine. I'm furious. All I want to do is update my account, but there's no human to contact. Bah! I would insert a screenshot if there was a way to do so.
