edit function in composer has gone ??

Some time back I believe I used the edit function from composer (as in the browser). It has vanished from past releases. Is it that I just cannot locate it or in other form ? Just went to seamonkey 2.3.3 - still cannot find any edit.

instance - need to move chunks of HTML code around - I used to use the cut & paste in edit but now I have to key it all in - what am I not seeing ? thanks for your help.

OK - I have the answer ! Apparently I hit the tiny tabs in the top left that collapse/expand all the options. Have all the functions back now. But, where do you explain that stuff ??
