Hi Jim, your Firefox bookmarks -- the ones visible in the Library window when you use Ctrl+Shift+b and check the Toolbar/Menu/Other categories in the left column -- are included in Sync by default.

Are those the ones you mean, or a different set of bookmarks stored on a website or elsewhere?
