Switching to Firefox with Win+<number> on Windows 10 with "Show tab previews in the Windows taskbar" enabled takes me to the first tab instead of the current on

Hi,

I like using the Windows taskbar with the "Show tab previews in the Windows taskbar", as using a mouse it's very efficient.

However, when using the Win+<number> shortcut to switch to the nth application in the taskbar, I can hit the number several times to cycle among the open tabs, but this always starts in the first tab; it should be the most recently-used one.

Cheers,

Álex

Found the answer myself- indeed it's not a Firefox thing, but a Windows one.

This behavior can be changed with:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced LastActiveClick (DWORD 32) => 1

Hi Álex, I don't know whether this is under Firefox's control or whether the keyboard shortcut will always move through the windows in the order they were opened, for every application. I see the same behavior with Taskbar thumbnails for Edge, for what it's worth.
