When using Firefox ver 66.0.2, the "Share" with Twitter allows for only a few words. Why? Please advise, thanks! In the example uploaded, only 83 characters allowed.

From the bug, it turns out that the task was handled by the OS. So it's not an issue with Firefox but more on the Operating System.
