firefox keeps crashing. i got a page recommending sending in a crash report. how to do? the crash field is not working as a link.

firefox keeps crashing. i got a page recommending that i send in a crash report however the box i was told to click on to send the report does not work as a link so i don't know how to send the crash report. adobe flash stopped working at the same time.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
