How can I block a website, so I can never access it or have it even come up in my address bar when I type the first letter....
I want to block Ask.fm, because I've deleted all history but when I type A it's still the first thing that comes up... I want to eradicate all memory of it

Where are you typing? The address bar?
When that comes up, use the arrow keys to highlight that entry and hit Delete.
