evrytime I open a website after loading Compuserve using fiefox, firefox quites responding and i have to restart.

This is new and no changes have been made to my computer. I have used CompuServe and FireFox for about a decade with no complants. I have been viewing ViralNova for a couple of years with no problems until this last couple of weeks. What can I do to fix this? Your site said my version was up to date.

The crash reports that you posted are from a few months ago and wouldn't be of help.
I'm not sure if the extensions that your System Detail list show are useful extensions that you can trust apart from Skype, so maybe best to uninstall and disable them.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
