For years I have been a user of Firefox and promoted it. I really liked it. However, since updating to the latest version of Firefox I cannot really use it anymore. And the help information provided did not solve the issues. And to be honest, I was shocked how user-unfriendly Mozilla's support pages are. Anyway, this is my last attempt and I am one step away of turning my back to Firefox and use another browser. - Since the update I cannot add or manage bookmarks. Nothing is saved. I tried all suggestions mentioned here in the support, numerous times: nothing changed. - Further, although Firefox saves the history I do not get suggestions for regular visited websites anymore. Quite annoying. No improvement here neither. - Xmarks add seems not be supported anymore - I cannot use it anymore.

I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox many times now. Refreshed, reset etc. This must have been the most frustrating experience with computers for years. I have a serious job so I do not have time anymore for try and error and need a browser I can rely on.
