Why does Firefox attempt at startup to download login.aspx.pdf from my bank
Ever time I startup Firefox the download arrow shows three attempts to download LOGIN.ASPX.PDF from my bank's website. They always fail. What is this? Why is it happening? How can I make it stop?
Thanks

Have you tried to stop the download? Is this download something that you may have asked for? Are you sure it's downloading from the bank?
Type about:support in the address bar and press Enter. Under the main banner, press the button; Copy Text To Clipboard.. Then in the reply box at the bottom of this page, do a right click in the box and select Paste. This will show us your system details. No Personal Information Is Collected.
I can't stop the download as it happens almost instantly when Firefox starts.
The download status says "Failed - Suntrust.com - <time stamp>" Suntrust.com is my bank. Application Basics

Experimental Features
You can check the download folder in the Downloads Manager (Library).
You can check for problems with the sessionstore.js file in the Firefox profile folder that store session data.
- Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder (Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder)
- http://kb.mozillazine.org/Multiple_profile_files_created
Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups and open and closed (undo) tabs to get lost and you will have to recreate them (make a note or bookmark them if possible).
Are these settings the way you want them? Just checking.
