Does firefox save bookmarks some other place outside of Appdata?

I recently had to reinstall my windows 7, and during the process, I formated my hard drive, wich of course deleted my Appdata folder. On the other hand, I had previously saved my whole Windows folder and also the Program files folder, that contains the Mozilla Firefox folder. My question is, is there a way to recover my bookmarks from someplace else than Appdata, with the help of one of these folders?
