Hello,

To get rid of those popups, do these steps : 1. Go to task manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc)(windows) or (Cmd + Option + Esc)(Mac), then end the task (firefox). 2. Reopen Firefox, go to menu (3 horizontal lines), Select settings>Privacy and security>Permissions>settings (permisson settings)>Notifications. If you see any suspicious websites, remove them. 3. After that, make sure to block popups. (settings>Privacy and security>Permissions>Block pop-ups and third-party redirects>. 4. Lastly, it is possible an extension has caused it. If so, try disabling them one by one to see if any has caused the problem. If not, you can re-enable all of them.

Are these as small popups on bottom right corner of Firefox window?. If so then these may just be web push notifications from sites you have allowed to send you notifications. Instead of useful information some may send you junk, spam or fake virus/trojan alerts etc. You can revoke the sites from sending you notifications.
