Your repeated posting is a bit rude though you may be desperate, I can see that.

You may have instigated another profile. Search here for how to manage profiles as it is likely it still exists

But note no-one does anything as such but you may have updated on a poor install.

If you search here you will find quite a few such issues almost every day, but given the millions of user that's very few.

I've been using Fx from the beginning and never had this, that's 20 years and counting.

So if you get a future problem, please don't repeat etc. but please do provide details on exactly how this occurred. Firefox doesn't actually do anything but you have a choice when and if to update.

Agree, we are all in this together so let's respect and have patience with one another, it will all work out in the end, all for the good :)
