I think Firefox Focus is automatically private browsing. You can adjust the privacy settings: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/what-firefox-focus-android

If you want normal browsing, you can use a normal Firefox instead. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-firefox-your-phone-or-tablet
