Mark, one method is to right-click the folder to open the context menu, then select the Delete Folder option.

Note, there are a couple of special folders that cannot be deleted.

Your response is greatly appreciated! The folder in question is the "Other Bookmarks" and it appears to be one of those that cannot be deleted.
