BBT online banking access denied
I am having this same issue https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1037945 with bbt today, my reference number is #18.82912d1.1439704786.36b084b.
None of the solutions mentioned in the previous thread have worked.

hi, this internal error number will only mean something to the webadmins running the server of your bank's website. so please contact the support department of your bank about this first. otherwise you can find some general troubleshooting steps in firefox for websites not working right in this article.
Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problem.

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.
Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
