After upgrading to 40.0.2, scrolling is very slow on every page. In 39.0.3 works fine. My system is Debian Linux, 64-bit.

Any ideas for this problem? It seems to persist in 41.0 also. I've tried restarting in safe mode, unchecking "Use hardware acceleration when available", and unchecking "Use smooth scrolling", but the problem is still there.
