How do I bookmark page to a folder. Use to be able to use "choose" folder but can't now.
I use to be able to just open "Bookmarks" tab and click on "choose" the folder and the list of folders I had would pop up. But now when I click on "choose" the folders do not appear.

Are you using the "Bookmark This Page" option (same as pressing Ctrl+d)?
That dialog should let you choose either one of the most recently used folders, or expand the dialog to access a full list. I've attached an old screen shot from Firefox 25 for reference. Does yours look a lot different than this?
