I use windows 7 and have tried to get on Sears.com to check an order status but all I get is a white screen with the word "rejected". I was able to get on sears two days ago to place the order. My wife uses the same home wifi and Yahoo as her browser and is able to get on the sears website. what causes this and how can I fix it?
