Unable to use firefox. It open up to a blue screen then shuts down my computer before i can even read it. Cant uninstall it either since i cant get on it. Help!
I have no way of opening my firefox to do anything. I can't even uninstall it because if accessed at all it shuts down my computer. The blue screen is only on a few seconds before it shuts down so I don't even have time to read what it says. When I tried installing troubleshooting it shut down the computer with the blue screen. Windows says Problem Event Name: BlueScreen OS Version: 6.0.6002.2.2.0.768.0 Local ID 1033

Try to start window in safe-mode and verify if the problem is still present
Try to use the log in the Event Viewer (eventvwr.msc) to get more information about this crash.
