Firefox doesn't display pages properly since I downloaded Windows 7 SP1

I discovered that my Windows 7 PC had come without Service Pack 1 and this was fouling up my McAfee (according to McAfee), so I downloaded SP1. Now Firefox doesn't display page formats properly, although Explorer still works fine and McAfee works. Obviously I am not going to uninstall W7 SP1. Do I need a different version of Firefox now?
