recently when i try to chat with regence blue cross and intuit, almost immediately after it begins to "look for the next available agent", i get a disconnected msg. tried disabling norton firewalls and virus protection to no avail.

Did you try disabling addo-ons and plugins? Did you try clearing your cache and cookies?
