I want to block a website from showing up when I search. Obviously there are websites that string you along and then they expect you to buy something. I want to avoid that website from ever showing up in my searches again.

If you are logged into Google you can mark the site with a minus or whatever so it doesn't show up in your personal results or maybe at the very bottom.

Among those listed in the above, the "Blocksite" extension won't hide it, but the link will turn black and you won't be able to click on it like a link.
