I just updated to Firefox 5.0 on my previous version i could go to open a new tab and about 9 boxes would appear with previous or most visited websites... well that is now gone. When i open up a new tab the screen is totally blank. Anyway to get back to the previous setting??

I suspect an extension opened a list of recently visited websites each time you open a new tab.

Probably this extension is not compatible with Firefox 5.

You can try this extension to override compatibility issues,
