Mozilla keeps dulpicating bookmarks. How can I remove duplicated ones.

I keep finding duplicate bookmarks. I follow list to end and it starts again. Some of the bookmarks in folders are duplicated outside folders. Can you set up a "remove duplicate" sort?

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

It would be helpful if I understood what it all meant.I have no idea how a computer works. All I want is to be able to click a button or download something that does the job for me.
