downloading firefox 4......shows downloading but it has not..checked tools/options for latest download..not indicated, so where is firefox 4? I did download it.

Rec'd notice to update to FireFox 4, did that, showed to download, rec'd message download was complete. Continue to receive notice to update, downloaded 4 more times, receive same message to update. Checked via tools, options, update history, does not indicate recent update.

You can use the built-in update system to install Firefox 4. In the Help menu select "Check for Updates"

Yes, I played around till I found this and it worked. It took a while to find the solution, but I found it. thanks for the response.
