Wis to remove new persona ( Firefox 4) and return to my original home page used under 3.6. How?

You can uninstall your current Persona and revert to the Default theme (Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

I am humbled by the rapid and numerous replies to my problem. I am an older computer devotee and, if my children are to be believed, I am the epitome of an amateur. However, the responses posted were successful, and I stumbled and bumbled my way back to earlier versions which I preferred.

Why does Firefox 4 have different backgrounds for just the uppermost and lowermost parts of the browser page? It's bizzare. Why was this changed? That was not a good idea. Now my browser page just looks like a belt across the middle with black band above and below. I've been all over personas and themes, but with all of those, the text is hard to see. Why isn't a "classic" theme available so we can just have the plain jane version with gray above and below? Thanks!
