I cannot access my email from hotmail. I also cannot log out of hotmail.

When I open my hotmail using Firefox I can see what is in the Inbox but I cannot open anything. I cannot open emails, I cannot open junk file or any of the folders. I also cannot sign out of hotmail.

However I am able to do so using Safari -- so I am assuming it has to do with Firefox.

This started happening after I tried to download a free trial off of 1password for mac.

Do you have any suggestions? Thank you -- Joseph

You can try to look for anything 1password-related in Tools -> Add-ons and disable it. Then, clear cookies and cache as described at How to clear the Firefox cache and Clear cookies and site data in Firefox.
