i looked up lots questions and solution. nothings seems to work. i did all Troubleshoot and diagnose Firefox problems. cleared cache, restarted firefox, refreshed. everything I could do. nothing works.

could you tell me what else I can try?

Please appreciate that you are using a very old copy of Firefox on an unsupported operating system. Please can you consider updating both as that will certainly help.

my firefox 115.33.0esr (32-bit). there are no more update on my firefox. i am on windows 7. all those websites were running fine. I didn't change a thing on my end.
