When I open the tab tray and realize that I don't know where the tab I'm looking for is, I would like to be able to type some search terms to find it.

This is when I am searching for a tab that I know is open, so I'm not using the new tab workflow.

Hi,

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or developers. If you want to leave feedback for developers, you can use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.

You can also file a bug report or feature request. See File a bug report or feature request for Mozilla products for details.

Good to know, thanks. Firefox prompted me for my comments and this is where it sent them.

I arrived here the same was as OP, with the exact same question. Maybe the process is broken if it linked to the wrong place.
