Firefox has a built-in pop-up blocker that is enabled by default. However, if you are still seeing pop-ups, there are a few things you can check

goto Settings > Privacy & Security > Permissions section >

Make sure the box next to Block pop-up windows is checked.

or you can use a third-party Ad Blocker Extension

There is no provision for listing a website and saying specifically to block it.
