
it doesn't load anything
For a few days now, the interface has been blank, and when I close it and reopen it, I get an error saying, "The Inbox summary file at luis2@purelymail.com cannot be opened. There may be a disk error, or the full path is too long."

Hola Pruebe iniciar el Thunderbird en el "modo de resolución de problemas" desde el menú Ayuda. Si continua el problema deberá reparar la carpeta de correos previamente realice un copia de seguridad: https://support.mozilla.org/es/kb/perfiles-de-thunderbird#w_donde-se-almacena-mi-perfil
