When receiving replies to an email sent to several people - I seem to now be getting the replies under only one of the recipient's heading, rather than from each person individually like I did previously? How can I make sure I get replies from each person individually?

Where exactly do you see the name?

Are you using the “correspondents” column or the “from” column?
