I have to use Safari to access ssa.gov. I cannot access my account using Firefox. The computer is a Mac operating under Ventura 13.1. The Firefox version is 108.0.1 and the Safari version is 16.2. The problem is ongoing. Willard Jaques [email removed from public] [removed phone# from public]



/edit: edited personal info and moved thread from Firefox for iOS (for iPhone/iPad) to (desktop) Firefox section as you have macOS.

I have the same issue on W10 with Firefox 110.0 (and a few versions before this). Edge works fine on same computer. See the image for what ssa.gov returns with correct credentials submitted. Same with tracking protection on or off.

Update; can access ssa.gov if use FF in private browsing window. This is not useful though, as lose history, etc.
